Can I return the product(s) if I'm not fully satisfied?
Yes, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. To request for returns please email email@example.com or click here.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Product listed as Clearance/Sale and cannot be returned.
Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

What is Customer Shipping Responsibility?
We offer Free Shipping but it is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded. We will reach out to you via email for undeliverable packages.
